Role

As a Customer Service Parts Coordinator (also known as Parts Manager, Inventory Coordinator), you'll provide top-tier customer service regarding parts orders, shipment tracking, inventory control, and product information. You'll process orders through our internal systems, offer advice to our team, and maintain accurate inventory records. Additional duties include:

Engaging with team members and customers professionally.

Receiving and checking inventory for incoming orders.

Entering orders into our databases and processing invoices.

Alerting the parts manager of out-of-stock parts or materials that require immediate attention.Benefits
