We are actively hiring Technical Target Analysts with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our team working in Northern Virginia. You will be responsible for addressing, supporting and implementing Customer directed duties, tasks and objectives specific to unique Customer projects and programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Experienced in Identifying Intelligence to support multiple AORs in building targeting packages ranging from simple quick-turn around RFIs to highly detailed and complex long term projects providing specific relevant background, assessments, and details for sponsor stakeholders

The candidate must have a strong analytic background with the ability to draft operational reports

The candidate is expected to be a well-rounded full performer with demonstrated expertise in various technical targeting methodologies, biographic data types, technical data types, and the full suite of technical tools

Successful candidates in this position will be responsible for identifying people, relationships, and organizations related to the advancement of U.S. national security interests, such as disrupting cyber threats, counterintelligence threats, drug networks, illegal arms trade, etc.

Responsible for combining specialized training, advanced analytic skills and tools, and in-depth knowledge of and experience in technical tradecraft to identify opportunities to support the information requirements of the sponsor

Must have personal integrity; exhibit initiative, creativity, and flexibility; apply interpersonal, communications, and problem-solving skills; and demonstrate ability to collaborate, build a network of IC relationships, and continually learn

Experience evaluating large amounts of technical data

Work travel may be available on an ad hoc basis

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Developmental:

REQUIRED: Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 7-10 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 1-4 years of IC experience/Military supporting operations including strong technical analysis and exploitation experience (at least five years specific experience including routers, networks, mobile technologies, etc.)

Full Performance:

REQUIRED: Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 11-13 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 5-7 years of IC experience/Military supporting operations including strong technical analysis and exploitation experience (at least five years specific experience, including routers, networks, mobile technologies, etc.)

Senior:

REQUIRED: Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 14-16 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 8-10 years of IC experience/Military supporting operations including strong technical analysis and exploitation experience (at least five years specific experience including routers, networks, mobile technologies, etc.)

Expert:

REQUIRED: Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 17+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 11+ years of IC experience/Military supporting operations including strong technical analysis and exploitation experience (at least five years specific experience including routers, networks, mobile technologies, etc.)
