Position Description:

Eligible for $3,000 sign-on/ retention bonus

The Dental Receptionist serves as the face and voice of the Richard L. Miller Oral Health Clinic located at 120 Helmwood Plaza Drive Suite 135, Elizabethtown, Ky 42701.

This is a full-time position Monday-Friday at 37.50 hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Scheduling appointments for patients among various providers and clinics.

Arranging patient transportation to the clinic through multiple transport groups.

Answering phones, making calls to remind patients of appointments.

Excellent customer service skills.

Track lab cases and patient referrals.

Processing new patient applications, works with Medical Case Managers to ensure all information is provided/entered.

Obtaining patient lab values prior to appointments.

Plans and implements Consumer Advisory Board.

Attend grant specific trainings/meetings.

Monitors lab cases, tracks patients’ referrals via CAREware.

Other duties as assigned.

Target Compensation Maximum: $22.51/hr

Target Compensation Minimum: $15.00/hr

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
