Salary: $15.50-$17

Responsibilities

As a part time Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing each customer the best fitting experience in the industry, utilizing the sales techniques and product information you receive from our ASP University training courses. You will learn how to conduct our 5-Step fit process, which includes interviewing each customer, conducting a static and dynamic analysis using our video cameras and treadmills, and educating customers on the benefits of products we offer that benefit their specific goals. Part time associates also assist the manager with merchandising, inventory control and other basic duties.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform basic math. Must have PC and/or cash register skills. Past retail experience a plus.

- Must demonstrate strong customer service skills.

- Strong communication skills are essential.

- Required to lift up to 40 pounds.

- Must have flexibility with work schedules, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays

- Running/active background preferred
