YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Customer Service Sales Manager, you're the architect of customer satisfaction, designing, costing, and quoting engineering solutions tailored to meet clients' specific needs. From energy recovery retrofits to equipment expansions and beyond, you collaborate closely with clients to grasp their unique requirements for drying equipment. Armed with your technical expertise, you serve as a guiding beacon for both internal teams and external customers, offering in-depth knowledge and assistance.
Your role extends beyond the boardroom; you're on the front lines, conducting training sessions for sales teams and educating customers on the proper usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our drying equipment. With approximately 25-30% of your time spent in domestic and international travel, you're not just selling solutions; you're building relationships, understanding global needs firsthand, and ensuring our offerings exceed expectations wherever they're utilized!
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES MANAGER
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (mechanical, chemical, agricultural, or industrial engineering)
Strong understanding of engineering principles, especially related to drying processes, namely principles related to heat and mass transfer
Familiarity with energy recovery systems, industrial equipment modifications, and mechanical retrofits
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
