Mid Level experience in related field

Proven experience in medical data entry or related administrative role

Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare software

Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Driving Healthcare Precision: Your Key Duties

Accurately enter patient demographic information and medical history into electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Prepare and organize patient charts and medical records for upcoming appointments and procedures.

Review and verify the accuracy of all entered data to ensure completeness and adherence to established protocols.

Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to obtain necessary patient information and documentation.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient data.

Assist in the retrieval and filing of medical records as needed.

Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.

Respond to inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders regarding medical records and data entry.

Participate in training sessions and stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and data entry practices.
