Requirements

knowledge on the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of Help Desk support

knowledge of setup, installation, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software.

Japanese language skill in professional proficiency.

Description:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email

Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting.

Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

Provide accurate information on IT products or services

Train customers on proper use of hardware and software

Install and Configure Hardware and Software Component

Manage inventory for IT equipment
