Position Summary:

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking an Onsite Resident Manager for 4 properties located in Gardena, CA totaling 119 units. Improve your work-life balance by reducing your travel time to and from work. Opportunity for advancement. On-line and in-person training.

Responsibilities Include:

Rent collections

Unit inspections/Property inspections and upkeep

Marketing and leasing vacant units

Resident relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance personnel

Service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day management

Requirements Include:

Must have 2-4 years property management experience

Yardi Voyager experience a must

Good verbal & written communication skills

Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff

Experience overseeing vendors

Proficient with computers

Proven ability to market; lease apartments

Must live on-site

A valid driver’s license and evidence of auto insurance will

A background, DMV and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of the hiring process

Compensation Includes:

$19.00-$23.00 per hour

2 Bedroom Apartment valued at $2100 per month for free, a total compensation package valued at more than $60k per year.
