We are seeking a SharePoint System Guest Access Lead for a Remote opportunity. This role will be supporting enterprise access and adoption of a Microsoft SharePoint system that is used by over 170k+ DOE employees across the nation.

Responsibilities:

Executive level presentations, facilitation, client engagement, customer engagement

Results-driven cross-team management

Microsoft tenant collaboration liaison (non-tech)

Enterprise data management; metrics management & executive-level reporting

Lead enterprise access roll-out planning and engagement across teams

Support development of communications and user documentation

Dependency & risk management

Support development of system content

Direct customer service: Tier-3 ticket management/support

Optional: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform/Power BI Service Now, and Microsoft Windows Azure Active Directory
