Third-Party Payroll: Willingness to work with third-party payroll service providers, ensuring seamless communication and accurate processing of payroll data.
Compliance: Stay updated with labor laws and statutory requirements to ensure adherence in payroll processes.
Query Resolution: Address employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and reimbursements promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in handling payroll for 1000+ employees.
Familiarity with third-party payroll systems and processes.
