Key Responsibilities

This is an essential role within the studio, working in close collaboration with our Business Development groups to craft winning strategies and ideas for our brand partners.

Creative strategist should be to think about as far as the creative approach to a campaign and brand strategy in relation to their current and future customer needs, product application and how we connect the offering to those needs

Should also be thinking about how we make our creative approach matter to the people, across the channels/platform’s formats aligning with the purpose

Lead creative strategy output for both new business and existing clients. You should possess an excellent written and verbal communicator and can conceptualize and articulate Creator-Driven creative strategies for a wide range of VMG Digital brand partners.

Establish, lead and own our creative content style standards to define a cohesive narrative across the organization and various pitch proposals

Participate in briefs, brainstorms, team meetings and presentations in collaboration with creative strategy, graphic design, and Business Development teams to establish and elevate the VMG Digital brand voice

Creative strategist should be able to show and communicate the approach. You should also determine why something is right and why something is wrong about an approach.

Meeting with clients to discuss their goals for an upcoming campaign

Lead multiple projects/proposals from strategy to launch and provide multiple solutions based on client needs, business goals, and technical constraints for any given project

Translate concepts into effective messages by writing clear, persuasive original copy

Elevate presentations and proposals with excellent copy, narrative building

Research pop culture and UGC trends in order to keep the team informed and generate innovative, relevant concepts

Tracking results of creative strategies

Key Requirements

5-7 years experience in creative strategy, marketing or a related field, with focus on social media

Track record of developing outstanding creative applied in digital and offline mediums

Excellent communication skills to be able to articulate your concepts, vision and decision-making

Ability to command a room and succinctly articulate thought-leading branded content solutions

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirements

Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the organization

Experience working in Google suite of products (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.), Adobe suite, Microsoft Office, Figma, and Keynote

You are active in the creator space and well-practiced in creating UGC and/or branded content

Amenable to work onsite once rto resumes (Makati City)
