Purpose
Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for the campaign execution, optimization and reporting. He/She is proficient in campaign monitoring, performance, conversion development, creative ad types and client success.
Key Responsibilities
Work with a team in the development and implementation of national, regional and local traditional media campaigns for digital paid advertising.
Supports CSM on doing research, competitive analysis, generate insights, and identify trends and opportunities
Supports CSM on budgeting and forecasting.
Work closely with the CSM on creating proposals, recommendations, POVs on new media opportunities and market trends.
Utilize available traditional media and digital planning tools, other industry research and clients’ historical media activity reports to develop media plans
Leads the campaign implementation and optimization for all media channels
Monitor and evaluate media performance to determine the extent to which the original media objectives and strategies were accomplished.
Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
Improve campaign’s performance using the data and feedback from the previous campaigns.
Work closely with the Client services team on creating post- campaign reports and business reviews, and reporting back to clients.
Consistently collaborating with the CS team and Sales team addressing but not limited to; Understanding of current marketplace conditions, Competitive spending, Media and Promotional Opportunities.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, concentration in Business, Marketing or Advertising preferred
With 3+ years of integrated experience managing Search, Display, Video, Social, and/ Programmatic Media Buying
Solid understanding of programmatic buying technologies including DSP, Ad Networks and Ad Exchanges, Ad Serving, 3rd party Measurement and Verification and Creative Platforms
Multichannel experience (paid search/social/display/programmatic/Traditional)
Significant experience in media planning/strategic planning
Proficiency across all media planning core skills and tools: reach and frequency, competitive analysis, audience creation/analysis, plan reporting and optimization i.e MRI, Kantar, Telmar, Nielsen, Comcast, Excel, MediaOcean, Comscore, Pathmatics, etc.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
Comfortable and interested for research, numbers and analysis
Passion for advertising, strategy, and media
Must be curious, resourceful, and solution-focused
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and file/asset organizational skills, and work well under deadlines in a fast paced environment
Task-driven, self-motivated and proactive
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Have Google Ads Certifications, GMP Certifications, Meta or TikTok Certifications is a plus
In - depth knowledge of programmatic ads and social media ads.
In - depth knowledge of GMP Products (DV360, CM360, SA360, Google Analytics, Tag Manager), Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
Competency using with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Google Slide
Monthly Salary P50,000 - P60,000
