Company Nurse/HR Admin

Registered Nurse

Attends to employees’ needing medical attention and assistance.

Coordinates any work-related injuries/illnesses to Safety Officer for immediate investigation and corrective actions

Prepares, updates and maintains medical records of employees which includes pre-employment medical examination, annual medical examinations and regular consultation records.

Assists the employees to interpret physician’s instructions

Prepares necessary medical reports for analysis and decision making

Gathers, prepares, and presents various health and safety information for employee’s awareness

Submits and follows-up with Philheath and SSS documentation and reimbursements on sickness, maternity, and magna carta

Schedules and implement annual/ periodic/ special examination of employees

Management of Lactating Facility

Attend and assists in company sponsored activities as needed.

Manages the HMO benefits

Assist the Employee Relation in the CSR activities and other related concerns

Assist in day-to-day function of HR & Admin group whenever needed

Summary of role requirements:

Flexible hours available

1 year of relevant work experience required for this role

Working rights required for this role

Expected salary: 15,000 - 30,000 per month

Full time
