Responsibilities
· Clean office areas and other facilities by priority / schedule and in a timely manner
· Ensure offices, executive / conference rooms, customer lounge, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition
· Remove and dispose trash from all areas
· Stock / maintain consumable materials, parts, and cleaning supplies
· Assist with inventory control, supplies, and keys
· Assist in maintenance work and facilities equipment repair (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry)
· Assist with special projects or additional duties as required
Qualifications
· High school diploma, vocational, technical schools; additional education or relevant certification is a plus (or equivalent experience)
· Experience in housekeeping, maintenance work, and facilities equipment repair
· Ability to communicate with others in a courteous and helpful way
