We are looking for a Dining Supervisor willing to be assign at SM Uptown Cagayan De Oro City in a Japanese Restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Supervisors oversee all Dining operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly. They train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.
Customer-oriented supervisor to ensure dining operations run smoothly.
Overseeing the Dining staff, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships customers / patrons.
Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Assist Customers’ order.
Taking the role as Head Waiter / server as the need arises
Key Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality is advantage.
Experience working as a Supervisor in the hospitality or food industry.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to stand for extended periods.
Effective and excellent communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure from diners.
