Description:

Assist employees for different type of loans (Pag-ibig,SSS, bank loans)

Process Phil. Health membership, change status and additional dependents.

Assist employees whenever they need CF-1 for Phil Health purposes.

Coordinates with Department Heads/Supervisors in their manpower requirements taking into account qualifications, number of personnel needed and manpower allocation.

Sources applicants by posting job vacancies in company bulletin boards, placing job vacancies through different platforms (internet, jobstreet, philjob and other internet posting sites)

Screens, interviews and schedules for testing of qualified applicants the earliest possible time.

Administers psychological testing and interprets test results.

Endorse qualified applicants to the Department Heads for final interview.

Submits a monthly manpower report or related HR reports to the President.

Maintains an active pool of applicants for positions with a high turn-over rate so as to facilitate placement whenever the need arises.

Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Confirms attendance, overtime, adjustments and other payroll entries as needed.

Monitors monthly late and absences of all employees.

Ensure employees' compliance with company rules and regulations pertinent to the contents of the company's code of conduct.

Attends hearing to DOLE and NLRC for employee relations issues.

Prepare and issues notice of explanation/notice of disciplinary action based on incident reports.

Assist in the execution of the disciplinary action processes.

Respond to employees complaints.

Conducts exit interview for all separated employees.

Provide employee assistance on day to day inquiries.

Maintenance of employee 201 file and other folders.

Qualification/Skills/Experience Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioural Science or equivalent

At least 1 year working experience handling all facets of Human Resources.

Must be a team player, highly flexible, organized and willing to work in a dynamic organization

Excellent people management skills and able to relate to all levels of the organization.
