Accounting Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional Accounting Degree or any related field.

• With at least 1 year experience in accounting field.

• Knowledge of Accounting Processes/ ERP preferably JDE.

• Good Communication skills with people at all levels of the business

• Customer-oriented with the ability to handle complaints

• Willing to work in Menarco Tower BGC, Taguig

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Supports Accounts Receivable Daily Operations.

• CASH COLLECTION and CASH APPLICATION under customer requirements and allocating payments received.

• RECONCILIATION of Accounts. Ensure matched Payment vis-a-vis Sales Invoice.

• Performs daily cash application compliance.

• Release of Held Orders based on Payments and SOAR Approvals.

• Credit Monitoring: Support the efficient running of the AR function by minimizing the risk of bad debtors to the company

• Allocating cash to customer accounts. Ensure accuracy of cash allocation.
