Are you a seasoned marketer with a passion for driving growth in the B2C space? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual as its 'Director-Growth' to lead their Performance Marketing, SEO, partnerships, and Brand Marketing initiatives.

This is a hard target-oriented role, with a strong focus on delivering a certain number of Qualified Leads every month through organic and paid marketing efforts.

About the Role:

Ideal Candidate: We're looking for someone with a proven track record in driving growth, particularly in B2C environments. You should have a deep understanding of RoAS/ROI across various marketing channels.

Location: This is an office-based role located in Delhi NCR. As we're in the early stages of our journey, expect a fast-paced environment with a 6-day workweek.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive compensation package with a heavy emphasis on ESOPs. Ideal compensation will be ~ INR 25-35 lakhs fixed + substantial ESOPs.The ideal candidate will have a current fixed salary between 20-40 lakhs per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing.

Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to our website.

Cultivate relationships with influencers and partners to amplify brand awareness and reach new audiences.

Oversee brand marketing initiatives, including content creation, storytelling, and brand messaging.

Define key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve targets.
