This role is pivotal in designing and implementing the core operational processes that drive our mission to revolutionize hair health solutions.

About the Role:

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a leader with a strong background in operations, who is adept at managing complex operational processes and leading teams towards achieving excellence in service delivery and efficiency.

Location: This is an office-based role located in Delhi NCR. As we're in the early stages of our journey, expect a fast-paced environment with a 6-day workweek.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive compensation package with a heavy emphasis on ESOPs. Ideal compensation will be ~ INR 25-35 lakhs fixed + substantial ESOPs.The ideal candidate will have a current fixed salary between 20-40 lakhs per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Design: Develop and refine key operational processes for clinic operations, ensuring they align with industry best practices and enhance efficiency.

Quality and Outcome Measurement: Define core quality parameters, establish robust monitoring systems, and ensure continuous improvement in operational outcomes.

Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics, manage staff schedules, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold high standards of service.

Strategic Planning and Implementation: Formulate strategic plans to enhance operational practices, improve service delivery, and drive the growth of the clinic chain.

Budget Management: Manage financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while optimizing resource allocation.

Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, implement quality control measures, and maintain operational excellence.

Staff Management: Lead, recruit, train, and develop clinic staff, fostering a supportive work environment and promoting effective teamwork.

Technology Implementation: Guide the adoption of new technologies that enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.
