We are actively seeking dedicated and qualified Licensed Therapists to join our dynamic team. As a Licensed Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. We are looking for professionals with diverse therapeutic modalities and a commitment to making a positive impact on the well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate accurate diagnoses.

Individual and Group Therapy: Provide evidence-based, client-centered therapy to individuals, couples, and groups, addressing a range of mental health concerns.

Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and strategies for achieving them.

Crisis Intervention: Respond to and manage crisis situations effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, consulting with psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals to provide holistic care to clients.

Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and treatment modalities through continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Must hold a valid and active license in the state as an LICSW, LGSW, LISW, LCPC, LGPC, LMFT, or APRN.

Experience: Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.

Expertise: Specialization in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) or experience with diverse populations is a plus.

Empathy and Cultural Competence: Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Ethical Practice: Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex therapeutic concepts in an understandable manner.
