SUPPORT STAFF

HOST/HOSTESS - FOOD RUNNER - BUSSER

HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR PART TIME SEASONAL POSITIONS!

Location: Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack - 15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025

Schedule: Part-time, seasonal shifts that may include weekends and/or holidays.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Support Staff is responsible for upholding the roles of Host/Hostess, Food Runner and Busser.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Able to politely and cheerfully greet and seat guests.

Able to provide excellent customer service in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.

Ensure proper plating, including additions and/or substitutions prior to bringing food to guests.

Assist wait staff in bussing, cleaning and re-setting tables.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Restock work area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work within an established timeframe to achieve the common goal of customer satisfaction.

Must have excellent communication skills with an energetic and fun attitude.

Must have flexible availability.

General food safety knowledge.

Must be able to lift up to 35lbs on a regular basis.

Must be 16 years of age or older.

Must be able to bend, stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Communication - Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken word.
