Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Company: Private Equity Backed Luxury Furniture Manufacturing Business

Location: Remote with Occasional Travel

Are you an experienced finance leader looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing luxury furniture manufacturing business? Our client is seeking a talented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. This is a $325 million business, with global manufacturing facilities, and are backed by private equity.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Team Management: Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Covenant Management and Banking Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring compliance with covenants and managing debt facilities effectively.

Working Capital Oversight: Manage working capital effectively, optimizing cash flow and liquidity to support business operations and growth initiatives.

Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement processes.

ERP Implementation: Utilize your experience to oversee the successful implementation and optimization of ERP systems to improve operational efficiency.

Team Management and Growth: Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

Facilities Management: Experience with relocating, closing, and opening manufacturing facilities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Manufacturing industry experience.

Proven experience managing finance teams in similar-sized companies within the manufacturing industry.

Strong covenant management and banking relationship skills.

Demonstrated experience with ERP implementation and optimization.

Excellent vendor management skills, with a focus on cost reduction and quality improvement.

Ability to lead and grow teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.

Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

Private Equity: Strong PE background with 1+ exits.
