ServiceNow Service Mapping Consultant

Responsibilities:

Design and implement Service Mapping solutions in ServiceNow.

Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Configure and customize ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping modules.

Develop and maintain patterns and probes for enhanced mapping.

Collaborate with teams to align with IT infrastructure and business needs.

Provide support and troubleshooting for mapping solutions.

Test and validate configurations for accuracy and reliability.

Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.

Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates and best practices.

Occasionally travel and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Proven ServiceNow development experience with focus on Service Mapping.

Proficiency in JavaScript and scripting languages.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components.
