Job Summary
Our ideal candidate is a sophisticated consultant who brings strategic thinking, business acumen, digital/marketing expertise, and strong oral presentation and writing skills.
We’re seeking a senior team member with experience partnering with brands to drive direction and excellence on robust website migrations, with strong generalist knowledge of topics such as SEO, lead generation and nurture, paid media, UX and content optimization.
Working with a creative and dynamic cross-functional team to lead website projects, you’ll be part of developing creative, high-impact website outputs for mid-market & enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
Manage client relationships through meetings and emails, offering ad-hoc consultation and driving project progress.
Provide client strategies in a variety of areas centered around their web presence, including customer experience, digital marketing, SEO and content strategy and lead generation.
Work with internal subject matter experts to develop solutions for client needs, anticipating and solving for potential obstacles as well as spotting opportunities for enhancement.
Review tactical outputs including content, design, and execution for consistency and excellence – working collaboratively and delivering constructive feedback in a timely manner.
Design and deliver working sessions and meeting presentations to clients (Marketing Directors, C-suite and Execs).Oversee content entry progress; Support QA and UAT for web migrations
Potential for occasional travel to US locations (Midwest) for client working sessions; majority of work will be conducted remotely.
Qualifications
5-10 years experience in digital marketing/digital account management working directly with clients at management level and above to manage website builds, web run-state and build organic traffic
Experience in at least 5 web migration projects
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and workshops
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with an eye for identifying opportunities and possibilities
Account Management / Project Management experience desired
Ability to learn quickly, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and synthesize those findings into new ways of thinking about problems and solutions
Flexibility to manage ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
Willingness to be a utility player on the team, jumping in to contribute by providing frameworks for delivery and being hands-on with outputs from subject-matter experts in areas such as web analytics, search engine optimization, UX and design, and copywriting.
Strong foundational understanding of web best practices, search engine optimization, lead generation
Familiarity with a segment of the following web and marketing applications preferred:
Headless CMS Platforms
Butter CMS preferred
Could also include Strapi, Contentful, Craft CMS
Google Analytics (GA4)
Organic Search tools such as Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Google Search Console
Experience in insurance industries preferred but not required
Self-starter with strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
