A leader in the Manufacturing space is currently seeking an Export Logistics Manager who will be responsible for coordinating all logistics, preparing shipping documentation, adhering to customs regulations, and ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of product to and from international markets.
Key Responsibilities for the Export Logistics Manager:
Expertise in APHIS USDA Export Regulations and familiar with EU, Australia, Korea, Taiwan, Canada, Mexico, and South America regulations
Manages regulatory documentation for export: Health Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate, manufacture declarations, i.e) for product exports.
Manage APHIS USDA import permits as required, work in liaison with customer to ensure pertinent documents are submitted.
Experience assigning HTS codes and completing Country of Origin determination.
Manage IREGs export documents for approved and future exporting countries on file.
Ensure that foreign suppliers conduct required inspections that comply with USDA-APHIS for export.
Key Responsibilities for the Export Logistics Manager:
5+ years of experience in Logistics & Exporting
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade, logistics, or a related field
HACCP certification
Trained in Incoterms and Harmonized Classification
PCQI & FSVP certifications preferred
Knowledge of CTPAT and Customs regulations
Familiarity with FDA and state laws related to food product storage, handling, and distribution
