We're seeking a driven Electrical Engineer to take charge of the electrical facets of our Lithium plant setup. The ideal candidate will spearhead equipment installation, deliver training on machine operation, and ensure project timelines are adhered to. This pivotal role is instrumental in optimizing setup efficiency, boosting worker competency, and aligning our operations with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment in the Lithium plant, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Develop and implement training programs for machine operators to ensure smooth and safe equipment operation.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to troubleshoot electrical issues and enhance equipment performance.

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.

Offer technical support to production teams to address electrical concerns and enhance productivity.

Manage project timelines and milestones, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays to ensure on-time task completion.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in electrical design, installation, and troubleshooting, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design and layout.

Strong grasp of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for training and supporting team members.

Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, with a knack for prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, approaching issues proactively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PLC programming and control systems.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Project management certification or experience in managing complex projects.

Knowledge of energy management systems and sustainable practices in electrical engineering.

Prior experience with Lithium-Ion technology.
