Our client is a renowned and successful REIT has over 12,000 units and a $5 Billion worth of assets across residential, commercial, and hotel spaces.

This is an exclusive opportunity for a Property Manager to support a 100+ unit luxury rental + townhome community in Salem, Virginia. This person will be supported by a Leasing Agent, a Maintenance Technician, and a Maintenance Supervisor.
