Electrical Supervisor-Local Candidates Only

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for managing the electrical department with a strong focus on electrical and maintenance work as well as safety, quality and cost.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and mentor team

-Identify cost reduction opportunities

-Promote safety culture throughout

-Work with maintenance on troubleshooting of machinery

Experience:

-Strong understanding of maintenance practices particularly in an industrial environment

-A minimum of five years' experience in an industrial environment

-Understanding of and experience with NFPA 70E, Arc Flash

-Proven ability to promote a safety culture

-Demonstrated ability to improve uptimes and meet production goals while maintaining quality
