we are seeking an Apparel Retail Sales Analyst/Demand Planner at MAS ACME in Asheboro, NC. The job holder will ensure retail replenishment and sales forecasting for the company and provide essential customer support functions, for account management and relationship management. The holder will complete sales and forecasting planning. They will provide customers with data, analysis, item setup information, updates on orders, inventory, and replenishment as needed, whilst communicating directly with customers to ensure proper execution of timelines and business needs.

At least 3 years of experience dealing with Walmart or Big-box retail is required.

The job holder will:

Manage customer requirements and product needs to meet customer’s product information needs and communicate and execute setup forms, analysis, and documentation required.

Coordinate with merchandising and product development customer requirements and product needs. Ensure customers are updated and supported with information, requests are met timely, and information is accurately provided

Manage direct communication with customers by providing details and analysis as required to support the senior-level account management team.

Provide support and attend meetings to build relationships with customers, offer analysis and feedback on the business, and study floor layouts and new programs that customers bring to the floor.

Build customer relationships through frequent contact, schedule meetings for product presentations and business management. Inform and coordinate with senior management to ensure customer relations are well maintained. Assist in scheduling customer senior-level management meetings and communication.

Assist in the analysis to provide budgeting and forecast plans to planning and finance to appropriately build manufacturing and inventory plans needed for each business.

Manage all product “sign-offs” with the customer.
