The TRG Growth Practice is currently working with one of our top clients in the consumer durables segment engaged to identify a High Impact Manufacturing Operations Manager (OPEX / Continuous Value Stream Leader) for their high growth Business Segment in the Southeast.

This role will drive Operational Effectiveness and Optimization across the entire Value Stream. This role will report into the NA President & COO and will own effectiveness across: Production Operations, Supply Chain & Inventory, and Excellence & Effectiveness.

We need an impactful Leader, with a knack for Continuous Improvement and the ability to drive positive change – with an “Owner” mindset. This organization has continued their upward trajectory YOY and has continued expansion and transformation.

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

· 5+ years working with Manufacturing Operations

· Strong CI and Project Management Skills
