Technical Recruiter

Position Overview:

has an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing team as an entry level Junior Technical Recruiter. We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals who can initiate efforts including full life cycle recruiting. You will have direct access to some of the area’s most comprehensive and technically advanced Federal programs that are in high demand to technical consultants.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Fully execute the recruiting lifecycle as outlined below:

· Required to go through our internal recruiting training process

· Take initiative to learn recruiting tools and job boards after training is completed

· Responsible for identifying and qualifying candidates to contact for potential job openings

· Establish initial contact with prospective candidates and conduct preliminary qualifying process via telephone

· During the qualifying process, the Recruiter is expected to determine right to work in US and if Visa required, negotiate and consult candidates on compensation expectations, and be able to fully communicate employment offerings when it comes to benefits, compensation etc.

· Analyze client requirements against candidate qualifications and submit candidates to Account Executives for quality review

· Coordinate and set up interviews for candidates to interview with the clients.

· Prepare and debrief candidates before and after interviews with the clients.

· Provide coaching to the candidate throughout the interview and offer stage to include counteroffers and job transition.

· Conduct follow-up activities with the candidate to ensure candidate satisfaction upon on-boarding.

In addition to the full recruiting lifecycle, you will also be responsible for:

· Developing creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified passive candidates including social media techniques, resume database searches, referrals, and attending networking events

· Adhering to the following daily key performance indicators: submitted candidates, interviews and actual starts.

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.

· Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Demonstrate ability to self-motivate, set goals and meet deadlines.

· Demonstrate strong drive for results and success; convey a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations, persist despite obstacles, setbacks, and competing influences.
