My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Vice President, Plant Manager** to join their Executive Team and lead their Sheridan, IN facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of plant operations, driving excellence in production, quality, safety, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

plan and coordinate manufacturing operations across production, machinery, processing, and shipping departments.

alignment of production schedules with facility capabilities, customer requirements, and financial objectives.

materials replenishment efforts, uphold quality standards, and monitor performance metrics to drive organizational success.

the investigation and implementation of innovative manufacturing processes to enhance cost efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

degree in engineering, business, or related field; master's degree preferred.

7+ years of progressive leadership experience in plant management and engineering, preferably within the precision machining industry.

in lean manufacturing principles and practices (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM), with a track record of applying these principles to drive operational excellence.
