Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Administrative Assistant at Nestlé Waters, USA. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to executives and senior management. Your day-to-day tasks may involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
