Job Description: As a Paid Media Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns. Leveraging your expertise in Search, SEM/PPC, and Paid Social, you will develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to meet our clients' specific objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid role, combining remote work flexibility with the vibrant energy of the Denver Tech Center.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

Conduct thorough keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies and targeting.

Create compelling ad copy and visual assets optimized for maximum engagement and conversion.

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media and digital marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid media management, with a focus on Search, SEM/PPC, and Paid Social.

Proficiency in managing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other DSPs.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet performance goals.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working with e-commerce clients or within the healthcare sector is a plus.
