Job Description

SAP Basis and ALM Architect

•10+ years of Experience in SAP Basis, ALM with hands-on experience on the following areas

•Integration of SAP system into different remote systems. Exposure to different remote access options in SAP system.

•Experience in monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP systems,, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP GRC

•system administration

•Good Exposure to SAP SOLMAN/ALM

•Experience in managing users and roles in SAP system.

•Implementing SAP S4HANA Table management techniques - data compression, table partition, compression techniques, and load/unload table into memory.

•Installation, Data Provisioning, Admin, Modelling.

•SAP BusinessObjects and HANA integration, Design document, RFPs, and estimation plans.

•Experience with high availability and backup mechanism.

•Implementing SAP Security mechanism, and monitoring of SAP system.

•Good working knowledge on SAP Security and GRC

•Support and coordinate with SAP and customers on system Audit and provide timely reports.

•Working experience on moving the TRs to Quality and PROD systems

•Excellent communication skills

•Should be able to coordinate with customer team and service SLA’s.

•Team player and networking

•Capacity to challenge partners as well as capacity to show added value in relationship with them

•Customer centric and capacity to deliver high level of service.

•Work independently with minimum supervision

•Should have experience in setting up CCMS and ChaRm

•Should be able to set up Integration between SAP and Non SAP systems

•Should be able to guide team and customer in setting up environment

•Should be able to work in coordination with SAP product team
