Controller

We are engaged with a Global Manufacturing Leader, located in Holland, MI. Our client is looking for an exceptional Controller to join their team! This is a direct hire opportunity, onsite with desired healthcare benefits, 401K, PTO, and more!

Required:

Establish key financial measures.

Develop cost and pricing strategies.

Conduct strategic financial analyses.

Qualifications:

Bachelors required; MBA, CPA and/or CPA designations preferred.

Manufacturing experience required.

US GAAP knowledge.

Strong Presentation Skills – revolving interaction with executives.

Experience working with revenue exceeding $100M is a Must!

Fluency in Excel.

Soft Skills: strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.

Compensation: $130-$170K – Plus, bonus and profit sharing.
