Job Title: TIG Welder

Location: Naples, Florida

Pay Range: $22-$26/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team within the aerospace industry in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of manual welds using various process methods and equipment on stainless steel and aluminum alloys. Responsibilities include welding to engineering specifications, supporting lean manufacturing practices, and maintaining quality standards. The TIG Welder will also assist in training other employees and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Perform manual welds on stainless steel and aluminum alloys.

Follow engineering specifications and quality requirements.

Support lean manufacturing practices for efficient product flow.

Read and understand product and process drawings.

Maintain welding equipment and work area cleanliness.

Obtain and maintain required certifications.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks.

Visual acuity and depth perception required for welding.

Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts and heat.

Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
