We seek a dynamic and experienced Global Marketing Communications Manager/Director to join our team and drive the success of our marketing efforts to promote and position Hesai LiDAR as a global market leader.

Responsibilities:

Manage public relations for Hesai in the US and European markets, including developing co-PR campaigns with customers and partners, writing press releases, maintaining media relations, hosting press events, managing crises etc. via collaboration with HQ team and PR agency.

Work closely with HQ teams to localize major news and product marketing materials into English and amplify in the US and European markets. Creating various product marketing materials to advertise our leading technologies and manufacturing capabilities.

Coordinate with US and European sales teams and support business growth by generating sales enablement content such as brochures and PPT slides, creating digital marketing campaigns, and managing co-marketing opportunities including case studies and webinars.

Maintain the US and Europe event calendar, manage the trade show exhibitions from experience to logistics, and create marketing campaigns leveraging major events (require business travel).

Supervise social media content and SEO/SEM campaigns.

Qualifications:

5+ years of B2B marketing or PR experience, with campaign development and execution experience, and familiarity with mainstream digital channels. Experience in technology or automotive is preferred.

Excellent communication skills including speaking and writing.

Fast learner. Self-driven. Highly responsible and team spirit. Can-do attitude.

Experience in cross-country team collaboration is a plus.

This is not a remote position. The candidate must be able to commute to our Palo Alto office on work days.

Familiarity with selling opto-mechatronic/sensor solutions (Lidar/Camera/3D systems).
