Job Description

EideCom is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and driven sales professional with a strong, well-communicated presence. The “VP of Sales/Account Executive” is a full-time position and will be identifying new opportunities and coordinating with our Event Producers and fellow sales members. We’re looking for a candidate who holds themselves to a high standard, is competitive, has a do-whatever-it-takes mindset and is easily coachable. This position will report to our Chief Revenue Officer.

This position will be in our Minneapolis, MN office and requires in-person attendance.

What You'll Be Selling

You'll be selling A/V production, project management and creative support for large, multi-day conferences and events. With a focus on Fortune 500 companies, associations and event producers across the country, we are seeking a true relationship builder.

Events professionals and organizations that hold events of all kinds. We work with many of the biggest and best companies in the world and are looking to add to our amazing roster of clients.

Role/Responsibilities

Hunt and cultivate new business opportunities

Maintain customer revenue: sign multi-year/multi-event partnerships

Client/Prospect research

Move opportunities forward in the sales process

Crush sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Build relationships: networking events, online meetings, and social media

Strategize with CRO to ensure trust, loyalty and repeat revenue from clients

Collaborate with event production team to ensure highest level of service

Role Requirements

Email & CRM Management (ie: HubSpot, Salesforce, Seamless.ai, etc.)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills: Email, phone, Zoom, in-person

Strong network and knowledge of LinkedIn

Comfortable interacting at the highest executive levels

Takes ownership of the company goals, growth and sales targets

Required Experience

3+ years of sales experience

3+ years of lead generation experience / outbound prospecting

Demonstrated achievement in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a performance metric driven environment

BONUS EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of Audio/Visual and Event Production (not required)

Compensation

Base salary is dependent on experience, plus sales commission. We pay our sales reps above the industry standard. We don’t cap commissions, have additional bonus opportunities and want our sales team to make above average income for the industry.
