Administrative Coordinator

About the Position:

Pedigo Products has an opening for an administrative coordinator to join the team. The administrative coordinator plays a key role in creating an exceptional experience for all external and internal customers of Pedigo. The successful candidate will support the company’s mission to meet the surgical equipment requirements of a diverse marketplace. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

visitors and notify the appropriate party that a visitor has arrived.

phone calls and assist in providing general information or route calls to the correct person.

Update and maintain order status on the electronic data interchange (EDI).

Facilitate customer service operations by accurately distributing purchase orders to designated representatives.

Assist in creating and updating customer accounts.

Manage email correspondence by promptly addressing general inquiries or directing them to the appropriate parties.

Ensure organization and maintenance of cleanliness in office spaces, including the copy and stock rooms.

Other administrative duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation/Benefits:

$18 - $23 per hour
