Senior Back End Developer

We have an immediate requirement for a SeniorJava Backend Developer with one of our clients in Bay area, CA.

The position is contract and Hybrid (3-4 days a week onsite).

Plans, designs, develops, codes and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products.

Revises and refines systems as required. Participates in the devising of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing and ongoing support of business systems.

Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any) or related field and 5 years of experience building scalable e-commerce applications.

Skills required:

Experience programming in Java / JEE.

Experience with Spring framework, Hibernate or any ORM framework.

Experience with Design patterns.

Experience with the following: Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Web Services (REST), JPA, JMS.

Experience with Kafka and NoSQL databases.

Experience in design & development of multi-tier system.

Experience in CI/CD, DevOps

Knowledge of cloud technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, and Azure is a plus.
