One of our esteemed client is looking to hire strong Customer Success Engineers with experience providing technical support on their Firewall related SaaS products . The Engineer will provide technical expertise and help customers adopt the products. This will be a Contract role for 12 months duration and will need to be in local office 3-4 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Work with customers to better understand and adopt the products
Provide in depth understanding and highlight features of the innovative next generation products
Work with internal teams to deploy and make the products successful within customer's environment
Qualifications:
At least 4-5 years of IT product operations, support or network and cloud security solutions
Experience working with network products - routers, switches, servers, monitoring solutions) and expertise in Firewalls
Knowledge of operating systems - Windows, Mac, Unix, Linux
Experience handling customer escalations, account management, engagements, etc.
