Operational Specialist

Must Haves:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Technical Writing and System Documentation skills

Process mapping, Flow charting, Systems diagraming experience

Familiarity with Agile methodology, Smartsheets, and Miro

Plusses:

Experience with Confluence and Lucid Chart

Experience building Tableau dashboards

Day to Day

A large retail client in Beaverton, OR is seeking an Operations Specialist to join its team. This individual will identify issues and opportunities to improve our internal processes, establish best practices, work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change, and ensure follow through on the execution of plans. Additional Responsibilities include:

Transfer information from one system to another

Create training, procedural and system documentation

Help develop detailed project plans (scope, resources, timeline, quality, and risk) for operational projects and successfully deliver key projects in collaboration with cross functional teams on time

Understanding of relational databases and information systems
