Field Services Technician

FIELD SERVICES TECHNICIAN ONSITE ROSWELL, GA

The Select Group is looking for a talented Field Services Technician to join one of our top healthcare partners. This person will work onsite in Hiram/Douglasville on a Epic Beaker Print Refresh project. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, working with both hardware and software.

FIELD SERVICES TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of relevant experience

Experience installing, supporting, and managing desktops and printers

Experience with Internet browsers and MS Office products

Exposure to Cisco networking environments

Ability to communicate clearly and great team building skills

Bonus skills: VPN, Active Directory, Citrix

FIELD SERVICES TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

Installation, support, inventory, and system enhancements

Management of networked and non-networked hardware (i.e., desktops, printers, and peripherals) and local system applications

Problem resolution/troubleshooting/training and communicating with end users in a timely and customer-oriented manner

Assisting with the deployment and maintenance of service-level agreements with appropriate reporting and documentation of support

Other duties as assigned
