Senior Human Resources Manager
Accurate Personnel is looking to bring on a skilled Senior Human Resource Manager to one of the top food distribution companies in the US! This role is crucial in shaping and influencing the company’s entire HR landscape while leading teams and maintaining relationships with all employees!
Salary: Up to $110,000 / year based on experience - potential for yearly bonus!

**Travel is expected to be a part of this role
Responsibilities:
Advise Distribution Center management on HR matters
Assist with staffing, performance management, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Process payroll, benefits, and unemployment claims
Supervise HR staff and oversee daily activities
Conduct training sessions and new employee orientation
Provide counsel on personnel issues and conflict resolution
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration preferred
Minimum 6 years of HR management experience
Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
