Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum:

Bachelor’s Degree.

5+ years IT administration and/or IT engineering experience in Enterprise Messaging.

Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019.

Experience in migrating from Exchange to M365

Microsoft Active Directory.

Microsoft Windows 10, 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 Administration.

Windows PowerShell.

Superior customer service.

Self-motivated and independent.

Good verbal and writing skills.

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license)

Preferred:

Microsoft Certifications desired but not required in lieu of professional experience.

Experience in a secure environment.

Microsoft O365 and Exchange Online.

Microsoft Azure AD.

Microsoft Skype for Business.

Microsoft MECM/SCCM

Microsoft DNS, IIS and DHCP.

Zoom Meetings/Rooms/Phone.

Proofpoint Email Gateway.

WorkspaceOne AirWatch.

Software Packaging.

Mobile Device Management.

Endpoint Management.

Endpoint Security.

Email Security.

Enterprise VOIP – ZOOM Gov

Project Management experience a major plus.
