Construction Planner I (1244331)

Duration: 12+ months(will extend/convert to perm) - multi-year contract

Hourly rate - $35 – $41.12/hr on a W2 with benefits

Location – Sandiego CA, 92105

Description:

Constructs, builds, repairs, and inspects Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) networks for voice, video, and data delivery to residential and commercial customers.

Coordinates with other utilities for permits, joint trench, pole applications, and service issues.

Holds the position of Construction Planner I.

Performs field engineering for proposed projects, ensuring the most cost-effective design for construction.

Coordinates all customer implementation activities, including site walk-throughs, node placements, and subcontract labor.

Manages contractor work, obtains permits, access, or Right of Way (ROW) agreements, and distributes design prints and necessary working documents.

Negotiates and approves design or construction changes.

Researches and reviews plans, gathers necessary data, and lists material requirements for projects.
