Responsibilities:

Address IT-related incidents and tasks for US businesses

Offer comprehensive on-site and remote IT assistance

Arrange partner engineer visits as required

Keep end-users informed of incident and task progress

Oversee applications and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with central IT standards

Analyze and provide reports on incident and task statuses

Ideal IT Support Analyst

Have 2+ years of experience within similar role

Experience with IT Ticketing systems

IT Support experience within the hospitality or retail industry a MUST

End-user operating system administration expert

Strong communication and organizational skills
