Position Overview: We are currently seeking entry-level Two-Way Radio Installers and BDA Installers to join our growing team in Marshfield, MA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on wireless communication projects throughout New England. Much of the BDA installation work is on large, new building construction projects in Boston and Eastern, MA. Training will be provided to qualified candidates who possess a basic understanding of electronics, a willingness to learn, a can-do positive attitude, and be a team player.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of two-way radio systems and bi-directional amplifiers.

Work alongside experienced technicians to complete installations in a timely and efficient manner.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure installations meet client specifications and industry standards.

Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal placement of equipment.

Assist in the testing and commissioning of installed systems.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and installation techniques.

Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of electronics and wiring principles preferred.

Ability to work at heights and in various outdoor conditions.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Knowledge of Windows and Office 365 is required.

Experience working on new building construction job sites is a plus.
