Kavaliro’s Associate Project Manager – Government:
Oversee personnel administration activities; coordinate with project site leads to ensure personnel administration tasks are completed in accordance with corporate and customer policy
Update, prepare, and present program control reports for weekly delivery to corporate executives
Prepare and review weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables
Conduct verification / Hiring Manager Reviews and submittals of sources candidates.
Review and process employee expense reports
Act as a liaison between the client and project team members. Attend scheduled and ad hoc client calls as a Kavaliro representative.
Review contract documents
Respond to client data calls; support proposal efforts
Review and approve timecard entries, weekly
Support policy development initiatives
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relative field
CAPM/PMP certification within 180 day’s of start
2+ years of project management/support experience within the Defense industry
